Improve the performance of your sales people by helping them model the behaviours of high performance sales people.

Diamond Assessments® provides a detailed understanding of the key sales behaviours that drive high performance. Here's how it works:

 

Step 1. Rate the sales behaviours

The sales people answer 40 sales behaviour questions based on what they currently do in their role. For each question, they just indicate how consistently they undertake the behavior and then rate how effective they believe they are when they undertake the behavior.

Their sales manager also answers the same questions to provide a comparison and forms the basis for self-awareness and sales coaching conversations.

 

Step 2. Review the report

Once approved, the sales people and their sales manager can login to review the graphical and detailed report. This will display the sales person's consistency, effectiveness and proficiency Diamond, along with the ratings for each of the 40 sales behaviours. It also provides the sales manager's view.

This provides a platform to select key behaviours to focus on to improve sales performance. Sales people will achieve the best results by focusing on their strengths and then work with their sales manager to select behavioual actions to leverage from these strengths.

 

Step 3. Improve sales performance

Once the behavioural actions are selected, these can be applied everyday by the sales person. As the actions will be leveraging from their strengths, their sales performance will improve quickly. The sales people can use these actions to coach themselves and seek relevant assistence from their sales manager.

The sales manager will use their sales person's Diamond Assessments® to coach and develop them, providing a constant improvement sales culture.
